Homemade Slime

This was so easy!  Katie made this on her own.  The recipe doesn't have to be exact.  

How to make it:

One part school glue

One part Liquid Starch

Food coloring

Mix well.   Let it sit, and it will become more uniform, and less stringy.  Enjoy!

Found Object Alphabet

This was so fun to make, and the kids enjoyed getting in on it too.  Some of my favorites are the "G", "X", and "Y".  Oh! and "I".

All I did was use a glue gun to attach the found objects to the board, and put it in a frame.

You got to love something from nothing.

Valentine's Day Ideas

Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and I have to show off this minion Valentine's box that Jenna made all by herself.  She is so incredibly creative!  The cards will go through his mouth.  I knew she was working on this, but I did not expect it to be so detailed and well done.  Good job Jenna!

Also, here's an idea for Valentine's Day treats to pass out.  Perfect and simple for your school class.

ABC Quiet Book Page

Here is a peek inside of a quiet book I made for Jenna when she was a baby.  "A" for arrows, "B" for book...  

B is for Book, this book opens up with a little story about Jenna inside.

Of course, this door opens, there is a day time theme outside.

M for "money". Was it worth the dollar?  Yes!

N for "net", there used to be a lady bug bead in there, but it escaped.

The car is painted on a magnet, it works with the "magnet pen"
used in other activities in the book as well.
